Accepted payment
Our prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) value added taxes.
For Cash Payment we do accept:
- Swiss franc (CHF)
- Euro (EUR)
- U.S. dollar (USD)
- British pound (GBP)
The current exchange rate + 5 % fee for the bank.
We also accept payment by credit cards for all transfers over CHF 50, we have to add 3.5% credit card commission.
Following regular credit cards will be accepted:
- Visa
- Master Card
- Amex
- Maestro
For transfers or tours over CHF 1.000.- you can also pay by invoice.
Payments based on a invoice are payable within 10 days upon receipt.
Cancellation Fees:
- Regularly CHF 25 basic cancellation fee +
- 0 - 18 hours before 100 % of regular price
- 18 – 24 hours before 50 % of regular price
We only accept cancellation in written form.
